BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 BbarH Pork Shoulder Roast (3-4lbs)Buy Now
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 cups of veggie broth
  • 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 white onion, quartered.
  • 1 pack of Cabbage slaw mix
  • BBQ of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of Mayo
  • 2 tsp white vinegaR
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp of Dill Weed

Directions:

Place chopped onion slices on bottom of crockpot and add the pork roast on top of slices. Add veggie broth, onion powder, minced garlic, smoked paprika, tomato paste,bay leaves and salt & pepper. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.

Shred pork once done and set aside. Add two cups of cabbage mix to a medium size bowl. In a separate bowl mix together mayo, vinegar, sugar and dill weed. Stir until completely combined. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Slice rolls in half. Add shredded pork and drizzle BBQ Sauce, top with slaw and ENJOY.
