Our GO-TO Pork Slider recipe that’s perfect for Football Sundays or a delicious week night meal. The kids love it and it also makes for great left-overs the next day.
Ingredients

Pork Shoulder Roast (3-4lbs)

2 Bay Leaves

1 Tbsp Minced Garlice

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1 tsp Smoked Paprika
-
2 cups of Vegetable Broth
-
1 White Onion (chopped- quartered)

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 package of Cabbage Slaw Mix

½ Cup of Mayonnaise
-
2 Tbsp of White Vinegar
-
¼ cup of Sugar
-
1 Tbsp Dill Weed

BQQ sauce of your choice and desired amount

Directions
Directions:
Place chopped onion slices on bottom of crockpot and add the pork roast on top of slices. Add veggie broth, onion powder, minced garlic, smoked paprika, tomato paste,bay leaves and salt & pepper. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. (Or HIGH for 4 hours)
Shred pork once done and set aside. Add two cups of cabbage mix to a medium size bowl. In a separate bowl mix together mayo, vinegar, sugar and dill weed. Stir until completely combined. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Slice rolls in half. Add shredded pork and drizzle BBQ Sauce, top with slaw and ENJOY.
