Asian (flanken) Style Beef Short Ribs

These ribs are perfect to either cook up quick on the grill or, how we prefer, low and slow all day! With the cross cut of the short rib section, these ribs will give you thin strips of steak with marrow filled bones and rich layers of fat. Mouth watering to say the least. 

Average weight: 1.2-1.15lbs per package

Each package contains 5-6 strips of steak with marrow.
