huge brats. They are dense in texture. Excellent flavor. I tried baking them, butter sautéing, grilling and boiling. Hard to say which was best. Family loved them each time. Great for slicing for chili and a different take for charcuterie.
I've eaten lots of beef, B bar H has the best quality around the brats are extremely tasty and the prime rib melts in your mouth. I recommend

Great flavor.
All beef, HUGE, with just a touch of heat at the end. After I ate my first brat from the only pack I purchase, I went online and bought the remaining 6 they had in inventory and 3 packs of a flavor I haven't even tried yet. That's how confident I was that I'd like them :) 12/10
The brats were amazing and very filling. $12 per pack is a good deal. Best I’ve ever had by a long shot and I didn’t ever grill them. Gonna try the green hatch chili next.
