Whole Beef Share — Grain Finished

Fill your freezer straight from our family ranch with a WHOLE share of premium pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed & grass-finished beef — dry aged 21 days for exceptional flavor and tenderness.

This is over 1,000 meals and will feed a family for approximately 9–12 months.

📦 What You’ll Receive (Around 400+ lbs total, depending on choice of cuts desired)

✔ 200 lbs Dry-Aged Ground Beef

• Individually vacuum-sealed in 1 lb packs

• Option to substitute some ground beef into burger patties or bratwurst (for a small processing fee- inquire at time of purchase)

✔ 200+ lbs Premium Cuts Including:

STEAKS: Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, Sirloin, Skirt, Flat Iron, Bavette & Flank

ROASTS: Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Shoulder Roast & Tri-Tip. (Roasts may be substituted for Round Steaks, Ranch Steaks, Fajita Meat, Stew Meat, Carne Asada or Kabob Meat if preferred)

SPECIALTY CUTS :2 Briskets (whole or cut in halves) and Hanger Steak

RIBS: Short Ribs, Dino Ribs or Flanken-Style (sliced Short Ribs)

You’ll need approximately 16 cubic feet of freezer space for a Whole Beef.

(A standard kitchen freezer is typically 5–6 cubic feet.)
