A Half Cow will consist of 200-240lbs of Grass-fed and Grain Finished Angus Beef. Meaning the cow was Pasture Raised but grain was given for the last few months of life, in addition to their grass diet.
All of our beef is Dry Aged 21 days to perfection.
Over 500 meals and will feed your family for 7-9 months.

100lbs of Dry Aged Double Ground Beef
120-140lbs - Dry Aged Steaks, Roasts, Ribs and more. (packages varying in weight & size based on cut)
TYPES OF CUTS:
STEAKS Ribeyes, Porterhouses, T-bones, New York Steaks, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, Sirloin, Skirt, Flat Iron, Flank and Bavette steaks.
ROASTS Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Shoulder Roast, 1 Brisket and 1 Tri-Tip. - Round Steaks, Rancher Steaks, Fajita, Stew, Carne Asada or Kabob meat can be substituted for certain roasts.
RIBS: Short, Dino & Flanken Style(sliced short ribs)
BONES/ORGANS/FAT TRIMMINGS: Canoe Bones with marrow, soup bones and Dog Chew Bones. Liver, heart, tongue, trimmings & oxtail are also available upon request
Storage: You'll need 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space for a half beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less with an ice maker built in).
