A Half Cow will consist of 200-240lbs of Grass-fed and Grain Finished Angus Beef. Meaning the cow was Pasture Raised but grain was given for the last few months of life, in addition to their grass diet.
All of our beef has had a main diet of grass and is Dry Aged 21 days to perfection.
Over 500 meals and will feed your family for 7-9 months.
100lbs of Dry Aged Double Ground Beef
130-50lbs - Dry Aged Steaks, Roasts, Ribs and more. (packages varying in weight & size based on cut)
Cut types: Ribeyes, T-bones, New York Steaks, Rancher Steaks, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin Steaks, Rump Roasts, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roasts & Shoulder Roasts. (Round Steaks, Fajita, Stew or Kabob meat can be substituted for roasts). Short, Dino & Asian Style ribs. Canoe Bones and soup bones. Liver, heart, tongue & oxtail are also available.
Storage: You'll need 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space for a half beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less with an ice maker built in).
