Half Beef Share- Grass Finished

A Half Cow will consist of 200-240lbs of Grass-fed and Grass Finished Angus Beef. Meaning the cow was pasture raised and kept on a grass only diet for its entire life. All of our beef is Dry Aged 21 days to perfection. 

Over 500 meals and will feed your family for 7-9 months.

100lbs of Ground Beef (In 1 lb packs)

130-140lbs - Steaks, Roasts, Ribs and more. (packages varying in weight & size based on cut)

Types of cuts: Ribeyes, T-bones, New York Steaks, Filet Mignon, Skirt Steaks, Flat Iron, Flank Steaks, Hanger Steaks (Whole Share only),Top Sirloin Steaks, Tri-Tip Roast, Brisket, Rump Roasts, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roasts & Shoulder Roasts. (Round Steaks, Rancher Steaks, Fajita, Stew or Kabob meat can be substituted for roasts). Short, Dino & Asian Style ribs. Canoe Bones and soup or dog chew bones. Liver, heart, tongue & oxtail are also available. 

Storage: You'll need 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space for a half beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less with an ice maker built in). 

Delivery, pick up in person or other arrangements can be coordinated. Please contact us to do so.
