    Great Top Sirloin

    Top sirloin, excellent flavor and tender.
    Inconsistent thickness. Bought two packs of two steaks each. One pack contained steak that were 1.5 inches thick, the other pack contained 1 inch thick steaks. Preferred the thicker steaks.
