Grass-fed and pastured raised Angus Beef. Dry aged to perfection for 21 days. 

If we are sold out. Just know that more beef is always on the way. Being that our beef goes through a 21 dry aging and we only take our steers in once a month, we’re usually restocking inventory the last week of every month. We take in our steers every month the same time that we’re pick up our beef that was harvested the previous month. 

This allows us to ensure that you’re always getting the freshest beef possible without having to add growth hormones to speed up the cow’s growth process.
